Competition winners & trophies
Competitions are scored and decided by:
- 1st & 2nd competitions: individual sections are decided by the highest scored entry. In the event of a tie in a section, the judge shall nominate an outright winner.
- For awarding 1st & 2nd competition trophies: the sum of the highest two (3 in previous years) marks of each entrant. (If there is a tie, the next highest mark will be added. If there is still a tie the number of highest scores will be used.)
- Annual/Final Competition: Any/Open Subject sections - decided by the highest scored entry. In the event of a tie in a section, the judge shall nominate an outright winner.
- Harmony Trophy: the highest total of the three marks of each entrant, or the judge's decision on the best set.
- During the annual/final competition we ask the judge to declare the best picture of the competition.
